Like many talk shows, the Wendy Williams Show turned virtual due to the Coronavirus. In May the show went on full hiatus due to Williams’ health issues. Last week, Wendy announced on Instagram that the show would be back in September!
“I’m sooo excited to bring you silly, funny, glamour, and hopefully brighten your day during these crazy times that we’re all living in…even if for just an hour”, she captioned the picture.
She also stated that the show would not be filmed remotely. However, she failed to mention if she would be filming with a live studio audience. “I miss you and can’t wait to get back in my purple chair and show you what we did to the set”, she continued.
The Wendy Williams Show is filmed in the state of New York where they are in the final phase of reopening.
