Travis Scott Collabs with McDonalds

Published

on

Ba-da-ba-ba-ba. People around the world are loving the new Travis Scott and McDonalds mash-up.

The rapper partnered with the restaurant to get his own meal and custom merch. The meal goes by “Cactus Jack” and includes three of Travis’ favorite items: a quarter pounder with cheese, bacon and lettuce;  a medium fry with barbecue sauce; and a sprite.

In terms of the merchandise, it’s a little out of the ordinary! For example, have you ever seen a nugget pillow? He dropped nearly 40 new items, which have sold rather quickly. He released items like hats, keychains, sweatpants, and even slippers. They are now being treated as collectors items and are being resold online.

We all know social media plays a big part in everything. So the fact that people are posting them ordering and trying the meal online, is no surprise at all. Tik Tok is filled with customers pulling up to drive-thrus and blasting Sick Mode from their radio. Facebook is crowded with memes of people cutting off employees to say, “You already know why I’m here.” Youtube is being bombarded with videos of people doing taste tests.

Of course, you have those who like it and those who aren’t impressed at all. What do you think? Are you going to be giving it a try?
