Cardi B Unveils New Intricate Back Tattoo: “Took Me Several Months”



Cardi B is coming out of Quarantine newly tatted! The “Money” rapper revealed her very detailed floral tattoo to fans on Instagram. The tattoo features an array of colorful photorealistic flowers and butterflies. Cardi later revealed that the purple flower represents her daughter, Kulture’s birthday. It was complete by California tattoo artist Jamie Schene. He later revealed the tattoo took more than 60 hours and multiple months to finish.  

“Okay guys! Soooo here it is! It took me several months but I’m finally finished. This is my back tattoo! It goes from the top of my back to the middle of my thigh. Thank you @Jamie_Schene”, Cardi captioned the Instagram video.

Cardi later posted a full-body photo of herself later that day to her 65.5 million followers to showcase her detailed back tattoo in a lime green Fashion Nova bikini.

Besides the new edition, Cardi has a peacock tatted on her hip, her husband’s name tattooed on her leg, her sister, Hennessy’s, name under her arm.
