Entertainment R.Kelly Arrested on Federal Sex Charges Published 1 year ago on By O.Yusuf Robert Kelly was arrested Thursday night in Chicago. His arrest was based on the 13 count indictment of federal sex charges including child porn and obstruction of justice. He is expected to appear in court Friday. Kelly is currently being held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center.
